2. How and when do I register?

Registration starts on June 1st 2020 and will be processed in order of receipt. If the number of available seats is exceeded, participants can, if desired, be placed on a reserve list. Early registration is recommended. Registration only becomes final after your payment is confirmed. The maximum number of participants is currently 23 (see COVID-19 paragraph below). The workshop will only take place when a minimum of 10 participants apply.

3. What is the registration fee of the workshop?

The registration fee of the workshop is €650 for early registration before or on July 31, 2020. From August 1, 2020 the registration fee will be €850. This includes course material, coffee/tea, lunches and a joint dinner in the Alkmaar city centre when COVID-19 restrictions allow (a suitable alternative will be offered otherwise). Payment must be made electronically by means of IDEAL, after which a proof of payment will be sent.

4. What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation of your registration must be done in writing via info@petctworkshop.nl and is final only after written confirmation.

5. What is the refund policy in case of cancellation

Full refund when less than 10 participants apply. From June 1 to July 31, 2020: full refund minus €50,- administration costs. From August 1 to September 10, 2020: 80% refund. After September 10, 2020 no refund will be given.

6. Which organizations have applied for accreditation?

Accreditation has been approved by the Dutch Society of Cardiology (NVVC - 12 points). Accreditation has also been requested from the Dutch Society of Nuclear Medicine (NVNG - 12 points).

7. What precautions are taken in response to the COVID-19 virus?

We aim an occupancy of two participants per workstation for the hands-on workshops. However, due to the current national 1.5m distance measures (RIVM), currently only one participant per workstation is registered. When the national rules are sufficiently relaxed will this be extended to two participants per workstation.

8. Will my registration fee be refunded when the workshop is cancelled due to COVID-19 issues?

If the Dutch government imposes restrictions on COVID-19 and as a result the workshop cannot take place, a refund of the entire registration fee minus €50,- administration costs will follow. The organization reserves the right to change the program, for instance to divide the workshops into two smaller groups (morning and afternoon sessions will then be switched for one group). In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, the organization will not be liable for any consequential damages.
