The morning sessions of the Alkmaar Cardiac PET/CT Workshop 2022 will be held at the Foreestzaal (in the hospital, Entrance Metiusgracht). The hands-on afternoon sessions will be held at the Northwest Academy of the Noordwest Ziekenhuis Groep (location Westerlicht) which is located at the Prinses Julianalaan 14, 1815 JE in Alkmaar. Early registration is recommended. Registration only becomes final after your payment is confirmed. The workshop will only take place when a minimum of 10 participants apply.

3. What is the registration fee of the workshop?

The registration fee of the workshop is €650 for early registration before or on July 31, 2022. From August 1, 2022 the registration fee will be €850. 4. What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation of your registration must be done in writing via info@petctworkshop.nl and is final only after written confirmation.

We aim an occupancy of one participant per workstation for the hands-on workshops.

In case of cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, the organization will not be liable for any consequential damages.
